Joseph Needham is an attorney at Lindner & Marsack S.C. In practice since 1999, Joe specializes in Workers Compensation defense at all levels of litigation, from claims inception through trial and final appeal, including related enforcement proceedings, lien enforcement and subrogation reimbursement prosecution. Prior to transferring to workers compensation defense, Joe amassed over 20 jury trial victories as subrogation counsel for major automobile insurers and local school districts. Spanning more than a quarter century, the entirety of Joe’s career has been exclusively on behalf of Illinois businesses and their insurers. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack S.C., Joe’s practice centered on Illinois workers compensation defense.
