DAVID C. MCKONE is a senior associate attorney with the law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C.

Mr. McKone's current practice is focused on defending worker's compensation claims for the insurance industry and self-insured employers. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Mr. McKone was associated with the in-house counsel legal departments of two major insurance corporations. His practice included exposure to all aspects of insurance litigation including health law, personal injury, property damage and subrogation, with primary emphasis on worker's compensation.

Mr. McKone received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, and is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
