The law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C. is pleased to announce that Gary G. Lisiecki has joined the firm as a Labor Relations Strategist as a part of the firm’s collective bargaining and labor relations team.
Lisiecki brings over 40 years of experience in collective bargaining and labor relations as a former Commissioner for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in Wisconsin. He will assist the firm with collective bargaining preparation and strategies, as well as general labor relations strategies, including contract administration, grievance handling, work rules and labor-management relations.
“Gary joins the firm as a new resource to both current and prospective clients,” said Jonathan Swain, firm president. “He was highly respected by both management and labor as a Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service Commissioner and brings a unique perspective to the firm as a non-lawyer.”
Prior to joining the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Gary was with Ladish Co. Inc. for 25 years, where he was responsible for negotiating the company’s collective bargaining agreements and developing labor strategies for the company’s facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
Lisiecki was the recipient of the 2009 Melvin Lurie Cooperation Prize given by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for fostering cooperative relations between labor and management in Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
