Employers must plan now for 2014 ObamaCare Requirements
The Affordable Care Act (“ACA” or, quite often, “Obamacare”) appears to be a “fact of life.” Its biggest economic impact on employers will hit in 2014, which means that the coming year should be used to plan responses and precautions to deal with these new requirements. 2012 Super Lawyer Designations
