Mark H. Miller is a partner with the law firm of Lindner and Marsack, S.C. Mr. Miller has focused on worker's compensation law for the past 39 years. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, Mr. Miller was the Manager and Trial Attorney for a national insurance carrier representing the defense of the insurance carrier and its insureds in worker's compensation defense. His legal practice included personal injury, property damage and subrogation with primary emphasis on worker's compensation. He has handled several hundred worker's compensation hearings over his career.
Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree in an Interdepartmental Law Program at Marquette University in 1974 and then received his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1975. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. Mr. Miller has been awarded the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review as AV Preeminent. He is very experienced in worker's compensation law defense.
