New USERRA Poster Required for All Employers

The United States Department of Labor recently issued a new regulation that requires all businesses to post a new notice describing an employee's rights under the Uniformed Services and Reemployment Rights Act ("USERRA"). All businesses must display this USERRA notice, regardless of industry or number of employees. The notice protects the employment rights of employees who serve in the military. It requires employers to notify their employees that they have various employment and healthcare rights under USERRA if they perform military service.
