For the sixth straight year, Chambers and Partners, the London based publisher of the international guide to the legal profession, has rated Lindner & Marsack, S.C. as the top labor and employment boutique firm in the State of Wisconsin for 2010. We have had a strong presence in Wisconsin for more than a century and believe we are uniquely positioned to provide superior legal representation in a cost-effective manner. Chambers praises the firm for offering a "fantastic level of service."  Chambers also ranked Gary Marsack as one of the top labor and employment attorneys in the state, describing him as "a prominent figure in the market" and as "a fountain of knowledge, a real go-to guy on traditional labor law."  We thank our clients and colleagues in the legal profession who responded to the Chambers survey, and expressed such confidence in our firm's ability to render quality legal service in all facets of workplace law.

Robert Schreiber, Jr. testifies before Senate Committee

Robert Schreiber, Jr. testified on April 8, 2010 before the Wisconsin Senate Committee on Labor, Elections and Urban Affairs on behalf of the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), voicing his strong opposition to Senate Bill SB612.  The proposed SB612 would impose additional restrictions on Wisconsin employers and would prohibit an employer from considering or inquiring about an employment candidate's conviction record until after the candidate has been selected for an interview.  Employers are encouraged to contact their state representatives to similarly voice their opposition to SB612.
