Sheri Eubanks is an associate attorney with the law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C.

Ms. Eubanks' current practice is focused on representing employers in various matters before both state and federal courts.  Her practice includes the defense of claims brought by employees including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, as well as claims under the FMLA and FLSA.

Ms. Eubanks received her law degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she double majored in Human Resources and Operations & Technology Management.  Prior to graduating from law school, Ms. Eubanks clerked at a Lake County Circuit Court in Indiana and also worked as a summer associate for Lindner & Marsack. 

Ms. Eubanks is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.  She is also a member of MM SHRM.
