Robert E. Schreiber Jr.
ROBERT E. SCHREIBER, JR. is a member of the Board of Directors, Vice President and a shareholder with the law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He specializes in all aspects of employment litigation, employment discrimination law and wrongful termination issues. Mr. Schreiber works daily with issues and claims of wrongful termination, race, sex, age and disability discrimination, and sexual harassment. He has successfully defended employers in hundreds of discrimination cases before state and federal courts and agencies. A significant part of his practice is devoted to assisting clients in avoiding and minimizing the legal risks associated with their policies and employment decisions. He has been a frequent speaker at equal employment opportunity seminars presented by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Schreiber received his Industrial Engineering degree from General Motors Institute, and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1974. He is a member of the American and Wisconsin Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Second, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and federal district courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and participates on the Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity Law. He is a contributor to the cumulative supplement of Employment Discrimination Law.
