Dana L. Boyle
DANA L. BOYLE is an associate with Lindner & Marsack, S.C. Ms. Boyle's current practice is focused on representing group and self-funded health plans, worker's compensation carriers and disability insurers in subrogation and reimbursement matters, as well as defending worker's compensation claims for the insurance industry and self-funded employers. Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Ms. Boyle was an associate for a general practice law firm in Kenosha. Her practice included criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury and family law.
Ms. Boyle received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from the American University School of International Service and her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. While in New Orleans, Ms. Boyle spent a year clerking with Catholic Charities Immigration Services in conjunction with the Loyola Law Clinic representing indigent asylees and refugees. Upon her return to Wisconsin, Ms. Boyle spent a year clerking for the largest immigration law firm in Wisconsin handling corporate employment and family immigration matters.
Ms. Boyle is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, the Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys, the Association for Women Lawyers, the Kenosha Area Business Alliance, the Executive Women's Golf Association and the Wisconsin State Golf Association. Ms. Boyle speaks on topics such as group health subrogation and group health and disability benefit reimbursement in the worker's compensation arena.
